The All Progressives Congress (APC) administration led by President Bola Tinubu has been accused by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of being unprepared for government from the beginning if, as of now, it hasn't realized the scope of Nigerians' suffering.
He stated, "You were given the mandate because there were undoubtedly difficulties before now. We are aware that Buhari made numerous mistakes.
"Under the previous APC administration, the economy experienced two recessions due to a lack of economic knowledge, bias, and high levels of corruption."
"Whatever Buhari did incorrectly, Tinubu is bringing us to a better plane. Today, Buhari Pro-Max is what we are talking about. Buhari's divisions have turned into disasters under this administration.

Despite its shortcomings, the previous administration invested $20 billion in taxpayer funds in the Dangote Refinery, which is the controversy's subject.
We had assumed by now that exports would provide the desperately required foreign exchange for our progress, while our internal demands would have been satisfied. However, today we find ourselves with questions.
"What is happening? Has this administration partnered with foreign entities in an attempt to undermine this investment?
